Shipping & Delivery offers a wide variety of benefits for all our valued customers. A basic order consist of the four simple steps displayed below. We ensure 100% transparency, informing you at each stage.


  1. Confirmation

Immediately after checkout, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered with us. The order details will be transferred to respected warehouse system. Changes or other requests about your order can only be processed for unshipped orders.


  1. Processing

Order processing begins as soon as your payment is finalized. In respected warehouse, strict quality control and in-depth testing will be carried out to ensure you receive a flawless product. This processing time can vary from product to product, but on average – unless otherwise mentioned on the product page - it will take approximately 4 business days. In case of unexpected delays, our team will email you with the relevant details.


Multiple items in one single order may prolong the processing time to ensure the remaining steps are operations in further steps.

Note: These are only general guidelines. Delays may be caused by reasons outside our control, e.g. force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, etc.


  1. Delivery

The delivery time includes the aforementioned processing time. The selected shipping method determines the time to arrival after the processing has completed. We sincerely apologize for any possible delays caused by the courier firms; unfortunately, this is outside our control. In the rare instance of long-term delays or problems with your parcel during transit, the team will contact you and offer a solution to proceed. Thank you in advance for your kind cooperation and understanding.

Note: In some countries our system will auto-select convenient shipping method for you. Our product cost include Airmail and Register/Unregistered mail and Priority Direct Mail shipment cost.Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply.

The shipping fees of DHL Express and FedEx Ground may vary according to the delivery area and ZIP code, and thus slight mismatch may arise between the charges shown on the product page and on the shoppingcart.

The estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order. If you require any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.



What is the shipping cost?

The price depends on the weight of product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order.

Choose the correct destination and warehouse, then select the shipping method, to obtain an accurate shipping cost.

For example:



Kindly note that all packages are shipped from Different Warehouses. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method. Customer are liable of paying such tax (If applicable). You may check with your local Customs Office for more information. We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of your order.


Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.


We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 15USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.


In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: Certain items may be on backorder / Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office / Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices).
